Performance and purpose: 

This product is a high-performance rolling fluid developed for the hot rolling process of aluminum rods. It is applicable to aluminum alloy rods, bars, strips, two-roll/four-roll mills, and high-speed rolling production lines (hot continuous rolling, reversible rolling, with a temperature range of 250–450°C). Specifically designed for high-temperature rolling environments, it offers excellent lubrication, cooling, and corrosion resistance. Through optimized formulation, it effectively reduces the friction coefficient between the rolls and aluminum materials, lowers energy consumption, improves surface finish, and extends equipment service life, while also meeting environmental and safety production standards.
