Performance and purpose: 

Application equipment: It is a domestic/imported high-speed rolling mill and features good high-temperature adhesion, excellent oxidation resistance and extremely high lubrication performance. It can inhibit oil mist and effectively reduce the coefficient of friction and friction force on the contact arc surface of the deformation zone (the deformation zone refers to the area where a new contact surface between workpieces and the roll is produced), thus ensuring continuous and smooth rolling operations. The rolling oil is made of the synthetic ester base oil, special extreme pressure/anti-wear agent, anti-oxidant and metal corrosion inhibitor, as well as the anti-emulsifier and anti-foam agent.
