Performance and purpose: 

Rolling Oil EF-1081A is applicable to low-, medium- and high-speed rolling and machining of various kinds of seamless stainless steel pipes. It features good high-temperature adhesion, excellent oxidation resistance and extremely high lubrication performance, and can effectively reduce the coefficient of friction and friction force on the contact arc surface of the deformation zone, thus ensuring continuous and smooth rolling operations. The rolling oil is made of the synthetic ester base oil, special extreme pressure/anti-wear agent, anti-oxidant and metal corrosion inhibitor, in order to upgrade the surface quality of steel pipes.
